Secrets of great rowing performance
Unlike amateur rowing, where a person comes to relax and enjoy nature, competitional rowing implies a greater attention from several points of view.
If we refer only to the health and safety of the sportman then is obvious that a sick sportman can’t provided his best result.
Training programs contain part effort and part relaxation, which need to be carefully composed so that in the end they provide a higher efort capacity of the sportman while keeping him healty in the mean time.
When coaching youngsters a higher attention must be provided, because we need to provide the organism with a healty growing too.
If we refer to the categories of rowing, we’ll notice that a youngster cannot row on an adult’s boat. That’s why many rowing equipments producers make special boats for kids, with smaller sizes, according to their parameters.
It’s obvious that even the rigging of the kid’s boats and equipements should be different, not only the lenght and weight of the boat.
Likewise the cosmic influence over the human body is not considered of a greater importance. The four human biorhitms – physical, psychic, intelectual and intuitional – if are interpreted accordingly, can help in obtaining a remarcable result, also avoiding a failure in the case of a great competition.
From the nutritive point of view, the food necesity of the sportman are specific, they are capable of favorating the high consume of engery and quick recovery after effort.

There is nothing new to the fact that food and blood group are strongly connetcted.
This is why a closer look to the sportman’s nutrition is necesary – what food types does suit the sportman and what don’t; by doing so a plus in strength and resistance is provided to the sportman’s organism.

Also a great importance should be given to the influence of medication and food suppliments which are given to the sportman.
If nutrition suppliments and vitamins are benefic and can have positive influence over the organism, unalowed substances can result in a benefic sensation, but that’s only a soap bubble, and they’ll end up destroying the human body. An excelent book related to vitamin and suppliments intake I recomend is “Vitamin Bible” by Earl Mindell.
