I’ve trained the national junior and senior rowing teams of Romania, India and Singapore.
For the past 20 years I’m doing researches related to the rigging of the rowing equipments.

If in Romania I had no problems in regards to finding the right team mates because I could select sportsmen with the specific parameters for the open category in the academic rowing, close to the optimal of this category, in India and Singapore this thing was not possible, because there I’ve encountered sportsmen of very different parameters.

The reason why the performances of the sportsmen from those groups had superior outcomes comparing to their pasts results was the proper rigging of the rowing equipments according to my researches.

As a fact, even if two sportsmen have almost the same parameters they don’t necesarly have the same length of stroke.

If for the simple boat the rigging of the equipment doesn’t do anything but ease the sportman’s work, for the rest of the boats, the syncronising of the sportsmen depends on the rigging of the boat. That is why I consider that rigging the equipment will result in a boat with homogeneous strokes, even though the parameters of the sportsmen might be or might not be close.

I am at your disposal with the help I can provide to properly rigg the rowing equipments.

At this moment between the first 3 winners there is a difference of 1 second or less, by properly aranging the rowing equipments 2 seconds or more can be gained.

This is why i consider that proper rigging is important: it can make the difference between excelent trained sportsmen and champions.

I guarantee a gain of over one second (two to five seconds) in comparison to the previous results of the team if the rigging is done in time and the sportman is used to the new rigging (minimum 3 days ahead of the competition).
